About the event
In this 90-minute session, you'll immerse yourself in the calming sound waves of crystal singing bowls, experience the transformative effects of the gong, and benefit from the energy-clearing properties of various other instruments. This practice will help you meditate as the healing vibrations of these sacred instruments cleanse, reset, and ground your energy.
We offer lightly padded mats, pillows, blankets, and a cup of herbal tea, with time to check in before and after the sound bath.
