Intentional Sacred Medicine Microdosing Mentoring

There are times in life when something begins to shift.

You may not know exactly where you are going yet. You may only know that an old way of living no longer fits, or that something within you is asking to be heard.

Intentional microdosing can offer a gentle way to listen more closely. Within this one-to-one mentorship, the medicine is held as one part of a larger practice—woven with reflection, spiritual practice, time in nature, and honest conversation.

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. We begin with where you are.

MORE THAN A MICRODOSING PROTOCOL

Microdosing is not a quick fix, and this mentorship is about more than finding the right amount of medicine.

Together, we create a practice that supports you in listening more closely to yourself and tending to what is present in your life.

Our work may include:

  • finding a dose and rhythm that feels supportive

  • creating simple rituals and intentional practices

  • noticing patterns, emotions, and what is beginning to shift

  • building greater trust in your own inner knowing

  • integrating what arises into your everyday life

The medicine may offer a new perspective, but the deeper work is learning how to meet what you discover with honesty, curiosity, and care.

WHAT MICRODOSING MAY SUPPORT

Everyone’s experience with microdosing is different. For some, an intentional practice may support:

  • greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, and patterns

  • a deeper connection with creativity and intuition

  • more presence in everyday life

  • a gentler relationship with difficult emotions

  • renewed curiosity, openness, or sense of possibility

  • greater connection with nature, the body, and spiritual practice

Microdosing does not remove the difficult parts of being human. It may, however, offer another way of meeting yourself and what is present in your life.

How I Hold This Work

I approach microdosing as a relationship rather than a routine to follow.

The medicine may help you notice what has been difficult to see, soften around what has felt stuck, or hear your own inner knowing more clearly. But it is not here to do the work for you.

My role is to walk beside you as you listen, explore, and make meaning of what arises. I bring grounded presence, intuitive listening, spiritual practice, and more than a decade of relationship with sacred medicines to our time together.

We move gently and honestly, without forcing change or asking you to become someone else.

This work is about coming into a deeper relationship with who you already are.

Frequently Asked Questions

A Little About Me

I came to this work through my own years of healing, searching, and slowly finding my way home to myself. My relationship with sacred medicines has been deeply personal, shaped not only by study and training, but by what these medicines have asked me to face, soften around, and remember.

I have spent more than a decade walking alongside people through seasons of healing, change, and remembering.

My work has grown through years of herbalism, sound and energy work, spiritual practice, and my own long relationship with sacred medicines. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and a master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology, and I have completed Psilocybin Coach and Psychedelic Support Services Training through Psychedelic Guide Institute.

I am also an ordained minister through The Spore Foundation, and I approach this work with reverence, responsibility, and deep respect for each person’s path.

More than anything, I bring my presence. I listen closely, trust what unfolds slowly, and meet you as a whole human being—not as something that needs to be fixed.
