October Sound Bath

Anyone with an open mind and heart is welcome to a sacred sound bath. In this bath, we combine technique and intuition to create a relaxing and restorative environment through sound.

During this 90-minute practice, you will immerse yourself in the soothing sound waves of crystal singing bowls, the transformational qualities of the gong, and the energy-clearing properties of various other instruments. This will allow you to meditate as the healing vibrations of these sacred instruments clear, reset, and ground your energy.

We provide lightly padded mats, pillows, and blankets. Chairs are available if you prefer to sit. This event will be held inside our workshop space.

Herbal tea will be provided, and there will be time to check in before and after the sound bath. Feel free to arrive up to 30 minutes early if you'd like to walk around the gardens. The sound bath will begin promptly at 7:15 pm.

Please note that space is limited, and registration closes at 2 pm on the event day.
