November - New Moon Sound Bath

Anybody with an open mind and heart is welcome.

We are vibrational beings and, because sound is vibrational in nature, it can be a powerful tool to promote balance and healing within ourselves. Sound has the ability to bypass the cognitive mind, allowing for a deeper state of relaxation. The new moon's energy enhances our capacity to start over and sow seeds of positive and effective intentions, which helps us identify the things we want to actualize in our lives.

Combining technique and intuition, the focus of a sacred sound bath is to create a relaxing and restorative environment through the use of sound.

During this 90-minute practice, you’ll bathe yourself in the soothing sound waves of crystal singing bowls, the transformational qualities of the gong, and the energy-clearing properties of various instruments, including drums, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice.
