November - Full Moon Sound Bath

Anybody with an open mind and heart is welcome.

We are vibrational beings and, because sound is vibrational in nature, it can be a powerful tool to promote balance and healing within ourselves. Sound has the ability to bypass the cognitive mind, allowing for a deeper state of relaxation. The energy of the full moon heightens our ability to receive nourishment and express gratitude in all areas of our lives. The full moon pours down a tremendous amount of energy on us, making it a great time to get grounded with the assistance of sound.

Combining technique and intuition, the focus of a sacred sound bath is to create a relaxing and restorative environment through the use of sound.
