During this 90-minute experience, you will immerse yourself in the soothing harmonies of crystal singing bowls, explore the transformative qualities of the gong, and benefit from the energy-clearing properties of various other instruments. Allow these healing vibrations to guide you through meditation as they clear, reset, and ground your energy.

We provide lightly padded mats, pillows, blankets, and a cup of herbal tea, along with time to check in before and after the sound bath.
