July Sound Bath

Anyone with an open mind and heart is welcome to join us for a sacred sound bath, where we combine technique and intuition to create a relaxing and restorative environment through the use of sound.

During this 90-minute practice, you’ll immerse yourself in the soothing sound waves of crystal singing bowls, the transformational qualities of the gong, and the energy-clearing properties of various instruments, including drums, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice. You’ll also have the opportunity to spend time in meditation as the healing vibrations of these sacred instruments clear, reset, and ground your energy.

We provide lightly padded mats, pillows, and blankets, but feel free to bring your own items for maximum comfort. Chairs are available if you prefer to sit. This event will be held inside our workshop space.
