Sacred Sound Journey

Sacred Sound Journeys are small, intentionally held circles offered as a collective journey rather than performance or drop-in sound baths.

​

We begin with tea and a moment of shared presence, allowing the body and breath to arrive before sound begins. Intentions are held gently within the circle, without pressure to speak or share beyond what feels true.

The ceremony unfolds intuitively and may include the burning of sacred herbs to clear and prepare the space, followed by sound woven through crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, rattle, voice, and silence. Subtle movement, feathers, wind, and light energetic clearing may be used as guided, always with care and consent.

Participants are supported in comfort throughout the journey with mats, blankets, and pillows for the head and eyes, allowing the body to fully rest and receive. The gathering is held within a dedicated sacred space, surrounded by crystals and prepared with intention.

Each gathering carries its own rhythm. Some are deeply still and grounding, others open space for release or quiet insight. The container remains intentionally small to preserve attentiveness, safety, and depth of presence.

These gatherings are offered periodically and shared when ready, guided by the season, the land, and what is called forward.
