About the event

We are vibrational beings and because it is vibrational in nature, sound can be a powerful tool to promote balance and healing within ourselves. Sound has the ability to bypass the cognitive mind, allowing for a deeper state of relaxation. The energy of the full moon heightens our ability to receive nourishment and express gratitude in all areas of our lives. The full moon pours down a tremendous amount of energy on us making it a great time to get grounded with the assistance of sound.

Combining technique and intuition, the focus of a sacred sound bath is to create a relaxing and restorative environment through the use of sound.

During this 90-minute practice, you’ll bathe yourself in the soothing sound waves of crystal singing bowls, the transformational qualities of the gong, and the energy-clearing properties of various instruments including drums, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice. You’ll spend time in meditation as the healing vibrations of these sacred instruments clear, reset, and ground your energy.

Lightly padded mats, pillows, and blankets are provided but please feel free to bring your own items for maximum comfort.  Chairs are available if you prefer to sit. This event will be held inside our workshop space.

***Space is limited to 4 participants. We value quality over quantity and like to move around so each participant gets to experience some of the instruments directly.

Is it full? Email or text us that you are interested. We will put you on a waitlist and contact you if space becomes available.

***Please check your confirmation email and/or your reminder email for directions to the location***
