Retreat and celebrate to give thanks for all of the bounty gained from the previous season as we transition from the peak mothering energy of the summer to the calm and centering wise woman energy of the autumn. We will honor the cyclical nature of life, letting go with gratitude for what is no longer serving us, while receiving with an open heart the new beginnings before us. Appreciating and resting in satisfaction and in the deep deliciousness of the magic and medicine of the season.
